1.CNC Machining
CNC Machining is a production method using computer numerical control system which can produce parts with high precision and high speed. It shortens the delivery time, and provides professional product quality and service experience in an effective time.

2.Silicone mold
Silicone resin molding is one of the fastest solutions for small batches manufacturing of plastic parts.
Here is its production method. Before the mass manufacturing, we only need to make a main mold, and then quickly replicate the real produce mold with the same shape as the main mold with the silicone mold. The advantages of silicone mold are that it can quickly produce for small batches in a very short time and the total cost is much lower.

3.Sheet metal
Laser cutting is one of the most flexible parts manufacturing techniques. We can quickly obtain the plane dimensions of the sheet parts by laser cutting. And then the sheet parts are bent by machines to achieve more complex geometry shape as the drawing requests. The raw materials are mainly aluminum alloy sheets and steel sheets.
